Engagement

Engagement of Panacea Technologies for the development of you Facebook Application is easy and extremely low risk. Payment for development is aligned with key development milestones to ensure the Customer is going to recieve what they pay for.

The first Payment is not required until after the Protopype stage so that the Customer does not have to layout any money before they see results. At any stage in the engagement, the customer may choose to stop, after which no more Payment will be required.

Typical Engegement is as follows:

  • Request: Customer Submits a request to Panacea Technologies for a quote. The Customer will be required to provide an outline of their intended scope and requirements for the project.
  • Estimate: Panacea Technologies will reply with an extimate timings and costs.
  • Approval: Upon Customer Approval, Panacea Technologies will begin the development process.
  • Prototype Milestone: Panacea Technologies will present a Prototype of the application to the Customer. Upon acceptance of the prototype, the Customer will provide the first Payment (20%) to continue to the next milestone.
  • User Acceptance Testing: With development complete, the Customer will be requested to test the new application. Upon acceptance, the Customer will be required to make the second payment (50%). Any re-work required as a result of the testing would be completed before the second payment is required.
  • Production Deployment: When testing and development has been accepted, the application will be deployed into production for Facebook users to begin to use. The final payment (30%) will be required once the application has been deployed into production.
